This screen is fully specified in the design handoff. It will be wired up once the matching Supabase tables and services are in place. Planned capabilities:

Status stepper: Aligned → Contract → Signed → In Escrow → Delivered → Paid (with Dispute branch)
Agreed-terms panel and contract preview with in-app e-sign
Escrow status, deliverable upload + approval
Invoice / receipt generation with the platform fee applied
