These Terms govern your use of Wisteria Collective, a business-to-business marketplace connecting cannabis creators and cannabis-affiliated brands. By accessing the platform you confirm you are 21 years of age or older.

1. Eligibility & age requirement

The platform is restricted to users 21+. We operate a neutral age gate and retain a verification record. Nothing on this platform is offered for sale to consumers; content is for business and educational purposes.

2. Accounts & verification

Creators and brands must complete identity verification before transacting. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Deals, contracts & payments

Deals are governed by the contract both parties e-sign. Funds are held in escrow via our payment partner and released upon approval. A platform service fee applies to completed transactions.

4. Compliance & disclosures

Users are responsible for complying with applicable cannabis advertising and FTC disclosure rules. Advisory guidance provided by the platform is not legal advice.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisteria Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
